e-Statement and e-Notice Enrollment Process
1. Log in to Internet B@nking.
2. Click on the "E-Statements" tab*.
3. Complete the five segments of the enrollment process on the e-Statement and e-Notice Enrollment page:
|Account(s) and Document Enrollment: By default, all document types are selected for all accounts. If you do not wish to receive all notices or statements electronically, click on "Details" and remove checkboxes beside the corresponding documents.|
|Review your email address: Verify that the email address currently associated with your Internet B@nking ID is correct.|
|Enter a security phrase: This phrase is used within the subject line of each email notification. Its function is to ensure you that the email notification is valid.|
|Enter the enrollment passcode: Click on "click here" link to load a .PDF document and reveal the passcode. In order to confirm that you can view e-Statements, enter the passcode in the field provided.|
|Accept Terms and Conditions: After reading our "Terms and Conditions" and verifying that you can view the sample document, click in the checkbox and select "Enroll Now" to complete your e-Statements and e-Notices enrollment.|
4. You will receive an email notification to confirm your enrollment in our e-Statements and e-Notices product. Please keep in mind whenever a change is made to any enrolled document, you will also be receiving an email notification.
*Please note, only Business B@nking Administrators are able to complete the e-Statement and e-Notice enrollment process for Business Banking customers.
