We will never ask you for confidential information through regular email. Furthermore, we may never call you, email you, or otherwise personally approach you and ask for your password or PIN. If someone initiates contact with you, identifies himself or herself as a Bank employee, and asks for your password or PIN, take caution. They do not represent the Bank. Do not reveal your information to them.
However, if you initiate contact with us, a Bank employee will ask for your password and/or personal information in order to verify your identity. Both of these measures are for your protection and reflect our strong commitment to safeguarding your personal and financial information.
